Improve Web Interface UX #10

Make the UI more intuitive, possibly by starting with a standard rule base. Move from page based design to a single page application.

  1. Migrate current to AngularJS2/Typescript
  2. Make the user's first scan more intuitive
  3. Make the scan results easier to interpret
  4. Make it more straightforward to customize the rule base

Migrated GUI to React and delivered on all of the UX goals for this issue.
