Remove unneeded custom_derive feature #108

This, along with https://github.com/justinsheehy/vertree/pull/15, will get Haret compiling with the latest Stable Rust compiler.

Thanks @andrewjstone! This is an interesting project. Since I got you here, I run the San Francisco rust meetup. Would you be interested in talking about this project at our meetup? We can host remote speakers if you are not in the Bay Area.

I also work at Cloudera, and I know a few people on the Zookeeper team might also be interested in your talk here if that would also be interesting to you.

Hey @erickt that sounds wonderful. I'd love to talk more about Haret. I am remote, but over the next few months I will definitely be travelling out that way a few times. I'm going to shoot you an email with some more details so we can chat.
