Update vertree to 0.1.2 so haret builds on stable #109

Update all deps, in particular vertree, so that haret builds on rust stable channel and no longer requires nightly.

Fix build error as a result of error-chain API changes.

Update build steps in README to reflect no longer requiring nightly.
