remove in-cluster components from UI #68

This PR largely follows https://github.com/helm/monocular/pull/524/files.

Note that ConfirmDialog is kept as it is used in the Hub (by the comment component). Also the components related to Repositories was removed in #67.

Based on #67 and should be rebased on master once #67 is merged.
