can this can be also integrated with MSTeams.

Looking at the repo 11 months ago somebody changed this file. And it talks about the config so maybe is not documented?

thanks for this but in our MSTeams we don't have webhook, cannot we create a bot like slack?

Why does your teams don't have webhooks?

Did your admin turn it off?
