The README file does not contain the following details:

~~What version of Python is required.~~
Links to documentation on how to install the python requirements on Windows.
Links to documentation on how to install the python requirements on Mac OS.
Links to documentation on how to install the python requirements on Linux.

We may want to move the pre-requisites so it precedes the installation instructions in the README document, and link to python installation documentation. I created this issue on behalf of someone else, so there may be other knowledge gaps.
