Transfer maintenance ownership of this module #73

Hi Pivotal,

How about you resume maintenance of this module? Many nice PRs waiting for approval. Alternatively perhaps transfer ownership or add a team contributor who's interested in developing it further.

For exampel this guy @carlhoerberg seems to be very capable with many good rabbit contribs.

This fork is obviously dead. This fork has been getting updates: https://github.com/styleseat/newrelic_pivotal_agent

I have a pretty basic RabbitMQ installation with version 3.6.1. I was able to get the styleseat fork working with very few additional steps. It appears to support SSL as well from the semi-recent commits I checked before downloading it.
