Feature request: Warnings for Pods #214

As a developer, I would like to get evidence of things that very likely are problems in my cluster e.g.

restarting pods / not starting pods / evictions
nodes not ready / not healthy

This is something we very much want to do. We are thinking about ways to enhance our current object status and warnings like this will be apart of that.

Sounds similar to #1408 basically giving visibility to objects with problems

@GuessWhoSamFoo will breakout the Nodes warnings in to a separation issue.

Sometimes these things, restarting pods / not starting pods, are OK .. so tracking these is best over time. How much time?

This is specifically cluster scoped Pod stats for Nodes.
