Reset Settings issue #3366

I'm having an issue where I entered my proxy incorrectly and Octant is not starting correctly. The app starts and since it is trying to go through my proxy it is failing and I have no way of removing the setting or resetting everything. I have tried to uninstall and then reinstall but the setting still seems to be there. Is there a way to reset everything or access the configuration file that stores all of the settings.

Was able to locate the settings in %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\octant\config.json
