CLI customizations with Pivnet, OM cli, etc. #123

Previous versions of the PCF pipelines allowed parameterizing the download of the latest Pivnet, OM CLI, etc., which are now baked in to the czero/cflinuxfs2 image.

Is there a build/dockerfile for this docker image so it may be customized? I need to use custom versions of these CLIs (e.g. skip TLS verification option for Pivnet CLI)

We have created an issue in Pivotal Tracker to manage this. Unfortunately, the Pivotal Tracker project is private so you may be unable to view the contents of the story.

The labels on this github issue will be updated when the story is started.
