could not execute "set-errand-state": failed to set errand state: failed to set errand state: 422 #342

Environment

PCF: 2.0.16
PCF-Pipelines-Release: 0.23.6
Concourse: 3.14.0

Trying to upgrade using PCF-Pipelines Meastro. Both OpsMan and ERT upgraded fine, to 2.0.16 release. However, having problems upgrading Isolation Segment (from 2.0.11 --> 2.0.12). While trying to upgrade Isolation Segment, go the following error:

I opened up Isolation Segment to see if there is a section for errands, and lo and behold, there are none.

Is this is a bug, or did I do something incorrectly setting up the pipeline?

We have created an issue in Pivotal Tracker to manage this. Unfortunately, the Pivotal Tracker project is private so you may be unable to view the contents of the story.

Please refer questions using maestro to the following repo (https://github.com/pivotalservices/pcf-pipelines-maestro) As pcf-pipelines has no knowledge of maestro so likely an incompatiblity with maestro/tile/pipeline version.
