Token: add validation of ID token #9

Add the validation of saved ID token, using: $ priam token validate
Add a clean target

This will validate the ID token saved in the configuration file.

Testing Done: make test $ priam login -a $ priam token validate ID token is valid: ---- claims ---- at_hash: nnsirf3378mWu5i1aYbfZQ aud:
