We've added support for the Concourse CI system that some of the Cloud Foundry team are using.

This is our first time contributing to ProjectMonitor, so please don't hold back in pointing out anything we could improve in this pull request.

The build is failing because of a fonts.com banner covering the 'manage projects' link, causing Capybara to complain.

We'll add a patch for this (noticed this on local too, but we ended up blocking fonts.com with /etc/hosts).
