Hi. This pull request updates the test frameworks. Hoping to contribute testing improvements next (suite speed, consistent fixture strategy etc) and this pull request is prep / groundwork.

Changes

Bumps RSpec to 3.1 (from 2.1)
Bumps Jasmine to 2.0 (from 1.3)
Update RSpec tests from should to expect syntax
Update Jasmine dependencies: Jasmine-Ajax, Jasmine jQuery (latest stable releases)
Update Jasmine clock & ajax use to new 2.0 style
