Remove Ruby 1.8.7 from CI #178

CI seems to be failing now because Ruby 1.8.7 is not installable. Ruby 1.8.7 has been retired since 2013, so I think we can drop it.

Yeah, I was holding off on this until I dropped all things non-stable from the repo, but I just haven't had as much time lately to take care of that. This will at least help the CI in the meantime. Thanks!
