This pull request adds the following to the Python runtime:

Support returning a bottle.HTTPResponse object with a non-200 HTTP status code or custom headers.
Logs exceptions returned by the called function
Adds support for setting the maximum request body size which is useful for very large POST / PUT requests

Thanks @andresmgot, I have applied the patch on the branch and removed a couple of other references to 3.4 in the Makefile.
