Livereload feature is broken with Node 0.10.x #263

It seems to work fine with Node 0.8.22 but not anymore with Node 0.10.0.

Symptom: Although live reload server appears to start ok, request for

http://localhost:35729/livereload.js

just hangs and doesn't return a response to the browser.
