when clicking on a top level heading in the left navigation pane it opens a page with a matching title in the content pane on the right.
For example clicking on Installing PXF on the left shows a page titled "Installing PXF" on the right content pane.
The Administering PXF heading in the navigation pane is missing a page with the same title, as a result clicking on the heading in the navigation pane only expands the heading but does not change the content pane like the other heading.
Adding a simple page with just the heading and links to the sub topics should fix this, as an example the "PXF Utility Reference" heading and it's corresponding content on the right pane.
