Please accept this first pass. Once this pull request is accepted, we need to submit the saltstack/sublime-text repo to the main Package Control repo (as described in https://sublime.wbond.net/docs/developers).

Additionally, you may wish to create a tag. This allows Package Control to automatically manage package versions.

What git tag would you like for this?

I'd also suggest a quick announcement on the mailing list. I'm sure people will be happy to see this. :-)

Per http://semver.org/ we should use tag: 0.1.0

I'll post a message to the list after it's tagged and I've verified that Package Control is properly pulling down the files.
