cannot change vctl root folder #33

I'm running VMware 16 on Windows 10 and the root folder is located in the desktop folder and changing the location does not seem to be possible because vctl system config --cache-location is not an available command.

Same here.

By default vctl create root folder in "C:\Users\%USERPROFILE%.vctl " and it would be nice to have an option for that. NOTE: Moving to D: partition and making junction to default location breaks the permissions and user can not pull, create images.

@insource-si I could get a workaround by clearing up the vctl folder contents and give to symlink and target folder complete control to my current user.
