Adding confine to limit to kernel=linux #57

This PR is more of a suggestion then necessarily a well tested fix. The problem we are expierencing is that when trying to compile a catalogue for a windows machine using PE2015.3.1 we get errors such as:

Adding the changes in the PR prevents these facts from being attempted to be compiled during catalogue compilation.

Just to be clear the Travi CI failure is unrelated to my PR and is caused by another problem.
