What steps did you take and what happened: The extra_vars.yaml.example is outdated.

What did you expect to happen: Remove the outdated extra_vars.yaml.example, which is causing confusion on project newcomers.

I'd like to get rid of these files. They have been on my radar, just not deleted yet.
