Formatting is off for the adapter page on Istio.io #88

The formatting for the VMWare Wavefront adapter is odd.

The logo for adapter appears like a watermark on the table and is cut off. Other adapters don't seem to include logos, so maybe it's something special with that.

This seems to affect 1080p, but not 4k.

Closing this because Mixer has been removed and the page no longer exist.
