PHP 7.1.5 #178

Have you tested webCommander with PHP 7.1.5? Need to upgrade from 5.3 due to vulnerabilities and wanted to verify webCommander would work with 7.1.5.

I tested php 7.1.6 with webcommander walnut today. It works well. So I believe webcommander should also work without any issue.
