SDK broken after transition to Broadcom #12

Describe the bug

The base_url used no longer functions and account structures are completely different. Additionally it seems Broadcom accounts may have MFA requirements now that weren't there before.

Reproduction steps

Try and use this SDK

It works

I discovered this after VCC stopped working

Apologies @jhg03a the SDK is now defunct as the bend no longer exists. Someone will need to engineer a new tool around the Broadcom portal.
