Add fastcgi and client side sockets to PHP8 #88

fastcgi works as part of the php-cgi binary, which starts a server when called with -b hostname:port
client side sockets and mysql PDO support is reusing most of the previous work done by @ereslibre
there is an end to end basic example with a mysql container in php/examples/mysql
