Add orphan volume documentation #13

This PR is to add documentation for orphan volume functionality which will be offered in upcoming release of CNS manager.

All the review comments have been addressed. I'm merging them to main branch so that they get included in the new branch to be created for release-0.2. If there are any further concerns, they can be taken up in a subsequent MR.
