Add a variable _rhsmenabled to enable or disable Red Hat Subscription Manager.

i you do not want to use Red Hat Subscription Manager

• kickstart rhel 8 et 9

i discovered that without Red Hat Subscript Manager, ansible is not able to install packages.

Kickstart needs to:

• add custom yum repositories (as there is no rhsm)
• add Red Hat rpm gpg keys
