BYOH provider has to be added to the list of providers that clusterctl currently supports.

This will allow us to use clusterctl and its features out of the box. At the moment, we are manually adding BYOH provider to clusterctl.yaml for clusterctl support. Check out the getting started guide - Configuring clusterctl for BYOH support

This will allow us to use clusterctl and its features out of the box. At the moment, we are manually adding BYOH provider to
clusterctl.yaml
