Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It may take time to rollout node-agent daemonsets in big clusters.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to customize the upgrade strategy for node-agent.

Describe alternatives you've considered Set deployNodeAgent to false and re-implement the DS myself. I would prefer not to have to.
