This repo will house the carvel tooling specific configuration and templating for a deployment of Kubeapps (https://github.com/vmware-tanzu/kubeapps) that will be leveraged by TCE
This PR updates the Kind image used in tests to v1.24.
Due to the breaking change of tokens not generated anymore for SA, Kapp was failing so it has been updated accordingly.
Problem was solved in Kapp controller v0.37.0.
