Summary

“Machinas” are a type of persona that treat systems as users, personifying them and assigning them wants and goals.

I realize that this is classified as a "practice" (facilitator workshop guide) but if it makes more sense as a blog post or Guide please write it as such. Please review the internal Tanzu Content Contribution Guide for more guidance.
