Search returning unrelated results #548

Ex. Search for "kubeapps" is returning unrelated guides as soon as the second page as it's matching the left-hand nav. Additionally, we want to omit top-level pages that don't really offer much in the way of useful results (ie. "/videos", "/guides").

Began addressing with #541 to omit results matching the left-hand nav. Will need to be added to other nav items as well.
