Remove reference to Pivotal Web Services from CF getting started guide #553

The CF getting started guide uses Pivotal Web Services as an example, which no longer exists. Consider replacing with a local distribution of CF and removing broken links to the PWS service.

Handled this for the Python CF article... still needs to be addressed for the Bootiful Microservices article.
