@vijaykatam I was mostly looking at https://github.com/vmware-tanzu/tanzu-framework/blob/main/addons/controllers/vspherecpiconfig_controller_test.go

A five minute outline of what's needed would be helpful. Also, if we haven't opened issues for AWS and Azure, we probably should.
