How to lead an episode #73

Before or during the prep meeting

During recording

1) Log in with the Zencastr episode link 2) Wait to record until everyone joins, and you can mute everyone on zencastr while you wait 3) Start Zencastr recording ‼️ 4) Start the Zoom recording ‼️ (Record it to the cloud.) 5) Everyone unmuted on both, speak some words for a few seconds to sync video+sound ‼️ 6) Everyone mutes Zoom ‼️ 7) Test that everyone can be heard (only) through Zencastr

8) Start: introduce the topic, and introduce yourself and each participant (always use full names) 9) Be sure to get episode moving, and solicit participation if anyone is overly quiet 10) Keep everyone informed of time in 15 minutes intervals, and 5 min intervals during last quarter 11) Close episode and thank everyone
