E2E: Add CSI snapshot tests to kind cluster

Describe the problem/challenge you have

I have found some examples of adding CSI snapshots in KinD.

and that they could be run inside github actions.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be good to enable CSI tests in PR tests.
