Sometimes, the E2E nightly test failed in some cases.
For example,
the restore failed on not finding the corresponding backup.
the expected snapshot is not found for CSI.
the PVB or PVR number is not matched.

Please use velero debug --backup <backupname> --restore <restorename> to generate the support bundle, and attach to this issue, more options please refer to velero debug --help

velero backup describe <backupname> or kubectl get backup/<backupname> -n velero -o yaml
