DataUpload/DataDownload is marked as Failed when they are cancelled #8391

Run a data mover backup/restore When the dataupload/datadownload is in in-progress phase, edit the dataupload/datadownload and set Cancel=true The dataupload/datadownload's status should be marked as Cancelled, but it is marked as Failed
