Resolve issues with Backup-VCSA

Tested on Powershell 5.1 against VCSA 7.0 U2

Some invalid characters in the file prevented a direct download to be executable
Added support for SMB locations for backups
Corrected a data type of integer to int
Do not require a backup encryption password for a scheduled job to match GUI requirements
Corrected the backup days to require all capital letters as specified in API document https://developer.vmware.com/docs/vsphere-automation/latest/appliance/data-structures/Recovery/Backup/Schedules/RecurrenceInfo/
