VMWare.HV.Helper - New-HVPool: implemented addVirtualTPM for instant clones #620

Since we are only deploying instant Clones, this parameter has only been tested with instant clones. Therefore I have commented out the other parameter sets besides INSTANT_CLONE.

Closes #621
