"MARK ALL FOR REVIEW" doesn't work in log project. #385

Describe the bug

Reproduction steps

  1. Create a log project.
  2. Click task name in labeling task list, then annotate this project at assign tab.
  3. Click analyze tab, select all annotation items, then click "MARK ALL FOR REVIEW" button.

Expected behavior

All "MARK FOR REVIEW" button is disabled at the 'Action' column in annotation list.
