Just a couple updates to the readme would be helpful.
Step 2 is actually part of the example in step 3 and doesn't make sense or work without doing some of the other steps in 3 first so maybe take the Example section in step 3 and highlight that more or move some of that into 2.
With python 3 it looks like pip should be pip3 if no other version 2.x is installed and also maybe python3 instead of python for running the script.
Also it would be helpful adding a little more detail on finding the right device and model names to use in the command.
