Add "wipe" environment job. #23

Have the ability to delete vms, delete compute manager ext out of the mob, and unprep the hosts.

Having a job like this which could "reset" an env would be helpful during initial setup. That way when I screw up configuring an environment, there's an easier way to repave it.
