Consider replacing wiki with markdown docs #53

In order to contribute suggested doc changes or formatting improvements via pull request, it's beneficial to have the doc stored in markdown rather than a wiki. Currently github doesn't support pull requests on wikis.

A strong +1 here. I'm opening an issue to fix a wrong-filename problem in the wiki, but it'd be easier for everyone if I could submit a PR against the docs.

@kais66 if you want to remote-pair migrating everything over after work one day, let me know.
