Ability to prep clusters with vSphere 7 VDS instead of N-VDS #88

With the GA release of vSphere 7 and NSX supporting the VDS for the TEP/Transport it would be a great option to have that in the pipeline. This will prevent customers freeing up an extra pNIC to use with the N-VDS.
