New cluster woes #899

I'm trying to start a new 6 node cluster and, no matter what I do, I seem to be stuck more questions with answers.

I am noting the documentation here appears to be outdated since the configurations aren't 1:1 https://vmware.github.io/photon/assets/files/html/3.0/photon_user/configure_kubernetes_on_master.html

I even want as far as turning off iptables on all the servers in the cluster, but I am just spinning my wheels at this point.

None of my configurations point to local host anymore, but I still see this... root@kube00 [ ~ ]# netstat -an | grep 8080 tcp 0 0 127.0.0.1:8080 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN

I tried to follow these docs and failed as well...
