Update PowerNSX inclusion to handle repo change #15

Upstream repo structure had changed - updated to reflect
Changed build process to pull just required module file for core rather than cloning the PowerNSX repo.

Note that the build succeeds now, but I am seeing warnings related to the PowerVRA components that should probably be resolved.

Dockerfile went through a complete rewrite for PowerShell 6.01 and PowerCLI 10. Closing this due to conflicts. Please resubmit if you find anything to change in the new Dockerfile!!

PowerNSX and PowerVRA now installed via PSGallery!
