To clarify, that CLA check is a bit absurd. I'm not providing genuine personal information to vmware just for the express purpose of authorising a 7 line code edit to be given to vmware. However I will put it in writing here and now that if merged, yes, I give up all rights & legalities associated with the aforementioned code contribution, and vmware can do with it as they please.
