Add COMMIT support; add splinterdb_commit(). --commit-every test option. Update unit tests. #544

This is a collection of multiple commits that bring-in support for COMMIT capability in the SplinterDB library. This is stitched through in large_inserts_bugs_stress_test.c, with new --commit-every option. Test is enhanced to now run with --log option, which will turn logging ON.
